Its not about getting them "early" . They are exclusive to Japan, they wont drop here. Good luck with shipping to US though. Atmos doesnt accept international credit cards last time i ordered. I think you're fine if you have it in your balance though.

I don't know about US shops, might have some luck with smaller skate shops.  However if you don't really care about price my local shop in Canada has them and they ship worldwide. You'll have the pay canadian retail + ship though. ...
