You could probably go 1/2 size down but I would stick TTS. Some people have even suggest 1/2 size up if you plan to wear them with sneaker shields

Clean fit man. Did you size down on these? I tried my true size and the thighs felt like compression shorts but the waist was pretty loose and I'm sure it'll stretch more with wear
