clearly these laces are speckled....

has anyone gotten a pair of gold laced custom 2s? I ordered a pair and got them in yesterday only to see that the laces were solid gold, rather than gold speckled with white like the ID website shows.

http://www.sp24.com/Nike_Metcon_1_i264_75082.htm I ordered a size 9, just got a shipment conformation. Shipping was not cheap, but they do ship to the US. They have size 9 and 12 in the lunar gray/total orange and some stock of the lava red 1s. You can email them to place an order. 

Those are long gone. Your best bet at this point is Ebay, and even that is a LONG shot.

Reasons I like the 1s better: 1) the big swoosh on both sides of the shoe 2) the inside of the 1s seem to be more cushiony than the inside of the 2s. Both are very stable, but the 1s just feel better on my feet. I don't think you can go wrong with either the 1s or the 2s though. 

Man this thread is bad for my wallet. Ever since I bought the red 2s and realized I like the 1s better, I've been able to get my hands on a pair of OG volts, game royals, and the anthracite/ blacks. Still looking for a second pair of grey gums 1s tho....
