Just on the label says pat pe ...I know why it says pat but the production date just says 999998 idk anything about them.

Can anyone tell me if these are samples or pe or what. I was given them today by a very wealthy Jordan memorabilia collector. They are size 13.5 and say pe on part of the coding on tongue. If you need more pics let me know. Thanks in advance.
