I personally do not own the toro 4s, but I have other 4s and they look okay to me. But in my opinion I wouldn't cop because it looks like they've been beat. There a good amount of damage near the heel of one of the shoes. 

These are legit, but aren't the nicest jordans you can get. (To put it in nice words lol)

Sorry, it was the lighting. since it had no flash it was a little tricky to take the pic at the exact same spot at the exact same angle in order for it to have the same amount of light. That's why the right upper part of the box even looks a bit white. it was my fault on the lighting. In reality...
