I have this pair as well and I don't remember the inspiration of it either but I do remember picking them up at an outlet for under $50 two to three years back. So your guess on how you picked them up is probably right

Journeys is clearancing out the 855 lows for $30 right now on their website. Of course 2 days after I bought a pair for $50.

Just snagged some TMac millenniums at Burlington for $40. I think I like them at least as much or better than the Harden 2s and 3s

What's the best price on the 3s in any colorway right now? Nordstrom Rack? I have 3 pair of Vol 2 and love them but the heel is too tight and stiff for my sore achilles. I think the 3 will be a ton better in that respect.
