Since there ain't any 89 retro bred 4s with NIKE AIR tabs releasing soon, had mine customized by JBF customs with Python skin and lamb inner liners and with that nice looking NA tabs from an old pair of 99 breds. Think these came out looking dope.

True that hope it does drop but quality most likely won't be like the OGS or the 99 retros. Guess only time will tell.

Certain that this shine on the J's comes over time with wear and the outdoor environment. My 2011s were quite shiny when I first opened the box but over time the leather became much more dull and the shine it had on it wore off, so hopefully if the same will happen to the retros if they come out...

Came across this photo on tumblr about a week ago and was going to post on the last thread but it closed. Not sure what to assume of this pair, looks like someone else has a pair of these legit nike samples or maybe they swapped heel tabs with an 01 pair.

So in guessing some these J's were put out on display back in feb when they had that ESPN special on Jordan and his sneaker legacy when we first glimpsed at the j3 black NA and people started speculating about this release and now here we have it.
