I think you're both saying similar things. Nike should take care of the customer b/c it's their relationship, but then turn around and chargeback Fedex. They CAN do that, and I'm sure do so all the time. That said, in this case, it may very well could be USPS who messed up and put it back in...
I return infrequently; maybe 1 in 15-20 orders. Never claimed a missing item. A few years ago I bought 3 sizes of a $500 ACG goretext jacket and sent back 2 and they only processed one of them. They were in the same box from the same order. The warehouse screwed up but they said they were giving...
Nike never lets me redirect to a Fedex location; it's always restricted and requires you call them to allow it, which takes too much time and is never feasible.
I have a PO Box where they give you a normal mailing address so the address does not say "PO Box" but rather has a normal street address and says "Unit XXXX". Works for companies that say they don't ship to PO boxes. It's basically treated like a residence. Been using it for over a decade this...
W on the shock drop; Fedex lost my package; Nike won't file a claim with Fedex or help me in any way.
[Dear NT Thread - Sorry for spamming with MY problems. Appreciate this forum to help me commiserate....I'll S*F* now and leave you all alone ;-). Cheers!]
100% fair point. Unfortunately, though, fedex stated the sender is the only one that can file a claim, and certainly Nike has a robust contract with them. It's really a customer service thing I suppose and DOES help.

Yeah, no offense taken. I don't think I've done too many. I had over 150K emails in my gmail trash (over something like 2 decades) so recently purged most of that to clean up space as I was at 80% of my 100GB. Anyway, around that time they accepted a return for AM1 BB red where they sent me a...
Wow, got this from Nike:
"Thank you for contacting Nike.com regarding your recent order.
We appreciate you as a member of the Nike community, and our customer service department provided me with your information so I may assist you with order CXXXXXXXXX.
Per our email to you on 05/11/2023, we...
Thank you. Good question....I'm thinking Nike could ban/block that credit card or otherwise negatively impact my account. I'd rather not deal with that possibility. Of course, if it comes to that, I'll definitely do so. Gonna see what Nike Elite says and go from there. Nike customer service has...
This actually makes a lot of sense. I haven't hit on a SD for over a year, but not hitting and hunting down a pair on RD is far less infuriating than winning and having the shipment lost/stolen. A salty feeling I've actually never had before. Best case Nike Elite finds someone to pull a pair...
In case anyone is curious.....Fedex doesn't see the package was ever re-scanned so it's considered lost. I have no way of knowing if someone swiped the package, but if it did go back into outgoing mail and Fedex picked it up it would have be scanned. Not sure if the usps guy is responsible or if...
I appreciate the sentiment.... Thank you. Meanwhile now I have to gear up for RD and convince Nike to refund me if these don't turn up in the next few days.
Unfortunately while you're correct that it was left at the usps docking station, there's only the sorting process remaining. I've had packages delivered to my PO box there for years, including from Nike and fedex. It can take a couple of days once delivered to appear in the PO box due to the...
