There fake just if the 23 is wrong? Can't it be a manufacturing error

I got these a couple months ago and i still cant decide if they are fake or legit. The right shoe looks perfect and the left one has some flaws. I don't know if they are manufacturing errors or if they are just fake. I got them off kixify and the guy had a receipt saying they were from hibbett...
