Got pairs in for the wife and I today. The GS version doesn't have Red lining around the heel swoosh, it's emerald like the past release. And the Tongue tab is Black/Red instead of White/Red on my pairs. Wonder why they went with those slight differences.

Had to grab 3 pairs for myself and 2 for the wife. Always loved the Griffey Max 1. The added color details were much needed over the last Emerald drop. Now if they can drop the Freshwater, Volt, Cinci and PE Emerald Colors again, I'd be ecstatic.

Anyone know the name of the shoe in the top right spot? The red and gray dunk-ish looking pair. Thank you in advance.

Not sure, but I have heard absolutely zero about them anywhere. Which usually indicates a delay or drop. Hopefully not though. I still have the samples, and it's nice to look at the design from time to time. Beautiful shoe.

I agree the retro game has been a Rollercoaster of emotions for most of us lol. I'm just happy that I can finally cop pairs I missed out on as a youth, even though they usually mangle the final designs.

They do reflect on the gray piping around the toes and following along the shoe. Just by an up close in person survey I can tel these are a WIP sample. I've had a few samples over time and these may have been the least finished pair I've seen. Don't get me wrong, they are absolute beastly in...

I bought these exact shoes off of the auction on ebay. They are definitely monster shoes in person and are a decent attempt from Nike to stay true to the OG. Havent Tried them on though, just eyeing them up looks a if they will run a tad big. May sell. Will post pics later.

I have a pair of these Deadstock NBTO OG in the Black Silver Colorway sz 9. Always was a favorite shoe of mine as a kid. The OG versions look much more Beast in my opinion. Will post pics today. Also I've looked on the web for images of the version I have and cant find one pic for the life of me.
