Thanks for taking a look. Insoles are glued in, so I am worried if I pull them out, then i wouldn't be able to return them... Box got a little crushed in shipping. I scanned the UPC label with a smart phone amazon app. That pulled up the shoes on amazon right away (which I think is a good sign?)
