What exactly about it makes them GM and not legit?

Hey everyone just wanted a legit check on my Bred IVs. The inside tag has been concerning me because the date is different from everyone else's and this wasn't an early release.  Thanks. The tag's production date says 5/22/12 and 7/06/12
