Yeah looks like it depends on the store.  I still had stores saying that if the phone wasn't answered they are gonna go to the next person.  I had another store tell me on a tuesday that they were only giving out tickets on a monday even though foot lockers unlocked site clearly says otherwise...

Good thread.  I think it depends on the artist and their individual marketing plan.  Dropping music for free is essential for any new artist but then you have artists like Wayne that always drops free mixtapes in between retail projects that generally sell well. It's hard to figure out because...
