Nike looks like it's going back to it's roots by using the waffle design. Atleast it looks breathable.

you enter the code at the checkout. it's only if you're buying it. you qualify for these by requesting a code from NikeID. If you go to the checkout without a code, you have the option of requesting a password. As stated, I believe you can't buy these anymore, but i'm not sure.
