They look good from first glace, but a close-up of the carbon fiber, the 23 on the back, and the reverse jumpmen in an angle like the pic below would help. 

The fact that it rubbed off doesn't matter because this will happen with age and wear.  The main issue is how wide it is, just like others have said.  The fake Jordan XIs have come quite a long way, but the 23 on the back is still one of the easiest ways to spot them quickly.

They look fine to me.  Don't be scared away by the fact that they have no yellowing.  There are plenty of Space Jams around with no yellowing because they've been stored properly.
