That pale orange ruined these, also having it on the midsole makes these looks trash. Too bad, they could have been one of the best colorways ever of the 8s

Not true, the 2001s had good leather, 3s didnt start having crappy leather until the 2007 retros

Saint Michael really had a buzz when they first came out but it's greatly subsided, its great to see them collab with Jordan Brand

I know the person who restored these, this was his personal pair. I have a 2001 pair that looks similar to this and the seller customized them to have the Nike air back tabs and swapped the tongues to have the red lining rather than blue.

Walked into JD Sports and was able to grab a size 10 with no problem. I was out of town last week so i was glad i was able to grab them still for retail and not have to pay shipping

Just got mine in last week, struck out on the raffle and SNKRS. But luckily i traded one of the homies my VNDS CPFM Dunks and $75. I’m really pleased with these. With that said, i don’t think we need any more Union 1 colorways

I think they went this route because with a lot of OG metallic blue 1s, the collar cracks and peels off and it leaves the foam exposed, which kinda looks like this.
