Oh sorry, I believe the Nike WR ISPA "Ghost Aqua" are lows

So I purchased a pair of the Nike WR ISPA "Ghost Aqua" and love wearing them. However, I find it very difficult to find a good way to tie them. Can anyone recommend and video tutorials or text tutorials on how to tie them? Thanks
