Purchased my pair from the restock, shipping internationally to Canada. Just got 'Your Shipment is on the Way' email, but when I click on View Your Order, it brings me back to the shopify page with fields all blank so I couldn't see tracking. Anyone with the same problem/know a fix to this...

I've only dealt with UPS once but for some reason, it's different this time. Essentially, the commercial invoice was easy to get (they already sent it to me)....but the main form that we need is the one that the CBSA agents put a stamp on (it was called the LVS Self Accouting Procedure Sheet )...

did you have to refuse the 1st delivery attempt in order to call UPS to get the form?
