Anyone have any idea?

What would you guys rate these Powder Blue 10's ranging from 1-10 (10 being the best)? They only have one scuff on the front of one of the shoes and some heel drag you can see on the back of the sole.

I wore my 10's about 10-20 times and on the back part of the sole it is going in on an angle and I was wondering if this happens to everyone with their shoes over time?
