more single leg work, definitely get way more soreness from doing these that even bilateral heavy squats…probably need to cut some weight too, i think i’ve been deluding/fooling myself because i can still see my abs (if i squint 😂) but recently one of the old guys that swims around the same time...

agree w/this in principle, i do think we are in a time where emotionalism is being sort of fetishized tho; especially men’s emotions because generally men are seen as being stunted in this regard. i think most men understand & are acculturated very early that they need to check their emotions...
if you do really think you might want to try to do this you could start a bit easier by getting some lab work done, i think there are even some test that might give you recommendations for what things you could be sensitive to and would help you with supplementation because it is easy to miss...
depends on where the person is along the ‘how much fat to lose’ & ‘how fast they need to lose it’ spectrum, but generally the actively trying to burn calories through exercise is how folk plateau the fastests…if a person is already fairly lean it’s going to be tougher but if you got a good...
i haven’t but when i was heavy on learning about fasting, nutrients, & supplements i looked into it, you basically start with only eating whole foods that you know work for you/make you actually feel good…this required an amount of experimentation i wasn’t willing to invest time into tho
