I'm assuming he didn't cause any property damage or hit anyone right?  Like already mentioned, it all depends what state you're in.  But because he is not 21 the fine may be a bit larger and longer suspension of the license.  Will have to take some DUI classes too for about 3 months.

HRG was the most interesting character on the show, wish they can somehow work the character back into the reboot. Peter Petrelli on the other hand...... Please keep him off my TV.  The character and the actor that plays him.

Annihilation and Annihilation Conquest was great.  The last fight with Annihilus was awesome.   Kind of expected more from War of Kings but still a good story arc.  

Had so much hope for this show after the first season. I blamed season 2 on the writer's strike but things really started hittin' the crapper during Season 3. The 'Villains' were supposed to be worst than Sylar, yet were disposed of with the utmost ease.
