Pair from Snipes came in (was on vacation so had a hold put on delivery. Left toe box has a crease on them. Snipes says I can return them but I have to pay for shipping.

I tried re-routing the package to an UPS store, but the tracking doesnt even show up on my UPS MyChoice. I called UPS , and the lady told me to call the shipper to ask them to upload the billing address or manifest. I guess they shipped it without my name or address? Im on hold to talk to...

My package doesn't show an estimated delivery date. Yesterday it did show an update that it's out for delivery, but that update is now deleted. Tried calling UPS, but they don't have live agents working now.

I believe you have the option to not have a subscription and you can just do the scenic rides. You also have 30 days to return the bike if you dont like it.

There are some free rides like scenic rides, but what you really want the bike for are the classes. You have to pay $39/mo for membership to access the classes on the bike. You can pay like $12.99 to get the digital membership and just stream the classes on your tablet/phone, but it doesnt...
