UPS tracking indicates delivered to my house. When i get home, nothing was there. First time it ever happen after so many times ordering from sup. Is it of any use if i email UPS, i know sup dont really care. Or my shoulder bag is pretty much gone?

I just return home from vacation and was opening up my week 1 purchase - manage to get the torchlight n ashtray in 1 order and it turns out they nvr ship my flashlight. Tried emailing them no one replies. Any advice?

Card declined again... wth....

My card got decline from exactly 11am - 1130am. No matter what i try it gets decline (even the socks!). On exactly 1131am i manage to check out a bag successfully. Whats going on???
