Yes these look legit. Usually a dead giveaway on these is the leather (low grade) and the inner booty (the pattern will be off). Also the French blue colored accents on the bottom should be translucent looking. Like Blue Icy soles.

The padding on the inside seems too excessive. Laces are super thin for a legit pair also the bottoms arent deeply yellowed, they look like they are newer than 15 years old. Not legit.

If you are talking about the uppers, there are no real way to cover up scuffs other than putting a layer of shoe paint on them. For the midsole you can try steaming them out for these particular retros.
