I'm still rollin, but I will admit that I'd like them more with a darker gum midsole from the first pics than the more natural color the shoe actually has. No worries tho, that means I'll feel justified when I make a green/gum shoe of some kind on NBY one day 😂

If I'm not mistaken there was a couple JB/Nike designers that moved over to the stripes and everyone kinda forgot about it because adidas didn't immediately drop heat....looks like they found their way after a couple of years. Adidas is taking risks and aren't leaning on much stripes history...

They look really comfortable was my first thought, probably to the point that they won't have to break in all that much. Colorways and the paint splatter is super boring tho, if JB starts hitting their usual run of colorways (like China, FIBA, WNBA, etc...) we'll get better pairs. I wanna...

I finally got Black Jewels from END and wore them a couple of times, really glad the leather holds up enough that the creasing isn't bad. Only COTM Jewel left for me now are the Bronze Gums....which I might get around to one day. We need some new NBY options for the summer tho.

The only thing I didn't like about the hype vid was that Nike was making it seem like all those joints are gonna be easy to get 😂
