Hi ChukkaDK,  Of course, to each it's own, we have our own preference. My advice will be go 13, i prefer to be bigger as it's much more comfortable. And i have a wider feet. i am wearing a size 12, it fits well but it looks a little small on my feet. So my conclusion is go 13. Cheers!
