Picture?

The main issue I have with the shoe is the carbon fiber it feel bumpy and has a good texture but it has a thin plastic like film that I can peel of around the bottom of the fiber. This peeling is only on the bottom not in the middle of the fiber. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that common?

You can see the the plastic covering the carbon fiber is peeling towards the begining of thr sole. The carbon fibre its self has a bumpy texture and does not feel like plastic. So what is this thing that is peeling of it??
