The sizing tag should say "Promo Sample" without seeing that you cannot be certain. Based on the real ones they match all the signs of authentic aside from the tag.
Fake...they were bagged at least once, and that was done before the paint completely dried. The cotton stuffing on the shoe is not even at the top. Loose stitching everywhere and the Nike statement is running. Without seeing the insides, this is what I see.

Nice sole swap, original fire reds of this condition are around $200+, so you can mention a sole swap and go for a conditional wear tag of about 140 or display only of 160....imho
