Quality is definitely lacking to say the least.  Most will attest to that.  It all depends on how much you want them and what kind of prices you can find.  I know they've been popping up in different outlets for the last year or so.

Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol on a cotton ball.  The foam is pretty durable and it's not painted so really anything should be okay.  Water works fine if they aren't too dirty as well.

Looks like a huarache trainer.  Not like any I've seen though.

I believe that's from size?'s release calendar.  Extremely unreliable.  I've seen products on there that never even released ever.  They don't really update it too much either.
