Question for anyone that is a size 8. Do you go down to sz. 7.5 or stay with an 8?

the length of my foot fits (if that makes sense) in the shoe. It's really just around the toe box area, it's super spacey in that area. Does your 4's fit snug or a little loose around the toe box? I didn't wanna get a 7.5 and it's just too small.

These are my first pair of 4's and I got them in a size 8 (my usual size) but they fit a little loose should I double sock or send them back and get a size 7.5?
