I have the nano 4 flags and really liked them but the metcons fit me a lot more comfortably. I do have wide-ish feet and the nanos are def more narrow esp in the toe box. I def have metcon fever but am curious to try on the 5s to see how they've improved.

Word. I'll def try them on when i get a chance. From a design perspective they're so different from the metcons. They're so busy and scream crossfit. All Nike has is a swoosh and crossfitters know what's up.

Fresh - is it even worth getting a pair of nano 5s? Do you think there are specific advantages this shoe has over the metcons? I was all nano but since the metcons dropped they just sit in the closet.

personally i think the metcons work better for me. main thing i notice is how stable/firm the lunar's sole is. someone mentioned the insole is a lot thicker and there's considerably more lift. didn't wod in them so can't say for sure. if they were an elite crossfit shoe i feel peeps would be all...

Ordered the nike lunar ultimate from FNL to see how they compare to the metcons. so far i can't find any feedback on them. who knows? could be the new....or not. if anyone gets them and gets to wod in them let me know whats up!

Fresh, you mentioned that FNL would be dropping a metallic silver/black version. are these different from the anthracite blacks? when's the eta?

just got my game royals today. wanted to compare them to the reds. IMO the reds have more flavor. the blues kinda look like a typical training sneaker so probably going back. camos are still my fav.  got them all in a 10.5 and they fit pretty good with the reds feeling slightly less snug.
