Thanks @proto onslaught   @RJK444  @rafsjays  . Glow in the dark is a special acrylic mix along with the red. Paint has held up well but I've only hit one WOD in them. Usually just rock them at CF events where I'm just spectating and not working out. lol.

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums. Joined just for the Metcon thread. lol. Metcons got me hooked. Dying to get a pair of the grey/bubblegum sole. Customized my black metcons in the meantime with a glow in the dark sole.
