I got the call last tuesday but when they try to charge me my bank didnt let the transaction go thru. I provided a different card on friday, called them yesterday and found out they had entered the second card number incorrectly. So it took me a week to get charged.

If it's been more than 48hrs you may want to email them. I got the call on tuesday and no charge as of yesterday. I emailed Barneys and was told my card, wich has sufficient funds, kept declining. Turns out my bank was not allowing the transaction to go thru. Hopefully i will get charged on monday.

I was told the same on Tuesday but still no charge as of yet. I guess 48hrs is the soonest you can expect to be charged. Glad you got thru and was able to lock down your size.

If you wait thru the first set of options there will be a brief pause then a second set of options. One of them is to speak to a live person. Ask the person that anseers to transfer you to the department that is handling the Yeezy raffle.
