Doesn't matter if it says "no refunds". The seller clearly stated that these pair were "authentic ", so technically they are "not as described". If you used PayPal, copy this thread and forward it to PayPal. You should get your money back with no problems. Don't let this dude get away! Good luck...
Nothing like an in hand inspection but based on the pics you've provided, I see no red flags. Everything seems to be in order but that's just my opinion of course.
Trust me, there will be more on eBay pretty soon. They are currently on their way from Nike, FNL, Esat Bay, etc to the "new owners". Not to mention the ones that sold back door.
If Nike decides to release a "45" version of the Concords, I highly doubt they will look like these. If anything they'll look like like the Jams.
I did a little research on these and some say all were fake, some say only a few pairs existed as samples. I'm not even gonna bother to ask anymore...
If you look closely in the photos, the pair MJ is wearing is a high cut. It's the angle the shot was taken, but not as high as the new SJ, but it is almost identical to mine. Photography can be tricky at a distance.
Most OGs PL were cut high-it was one of the shoes characteristics. Not every pair was cut perfect. In the Photos, MJ is wearing a size 13 OG. Here's a pic of my size 13 OG. Note the PL is nicely cut and sitting high as it is supposed to.
