Posting this here because it's one of the few good thinks Nike has done in terms of Running which is not shoe related in the past 3 years, and an interesting unknown model in one of the pictures.
For anyone with the Vaporfly 3, what is the Flyknit like? it seems it has gone back to a similar Flyknit Racer design, but is the material similar to the plastic-like feeling of atomknit and the flyknit 4%, or is it closer to a fabric feeling?

When I left, the whole company was restructuring. It was just after the Epic React 1 was done and the Alphafly, and the running shoe departments lost a few good designers to other departments and there was a bit of a brain drain from the company in general.
For the nth time, the carbon plate does not give the spring, propulsion, etc... it's the damn foam. The foam and been taped up stoping it from compressing as much.
