Still no shipping on my size 13 blue order from og release and payment been posted to my bank account since last week. My patience is running thin at this point

My order was 100% done thru the secured site and just got the test site status on my order confirm. Union account still shows paid and unfulfilled. Payment been posted on my bank account for days
