I honestly am not a huge fan of the normal Tailwind IV, but I think Supreme did a great job on this sneaker. I don't like the blue and black ones though.

For scuffs like that, I usually grab a damp microfiber towel and some soap and scrub it. It does not always work but it usually gives pretty decent results.
