TBH Based off your comment and mine and some others experiences with other colorways I think NB may be having issues with size consistency. The 992BA's I recently purchased were the most snug 10.5 992 I've worn so far. Other pairs I feel like I have plenty of room, some even a little extra.- GratefulReb

No they come with just Blue laces. I've ordered all my replacement laces either from NB or Lace Lab I've never used them but I think a lot of people have tried/like Rope Lace Supply as well- GratefulReb
