If its mom and pop store I assume they want to be loyal to their local customers. But like footlocker or something they probably just dont want to deal with server problems. Just let the low level employees deal with the hassle.  

I know dtlr in Waldorf got them they did a raffle.(edit.. they got the 1s). But shouldnt it be guaranteed that both HoH will get them? and if PG Plaza gets them there needs to be some $%%%!!! order..
