Usually you can. For example Canyon has atleast in europe 30 days after receiving your bike where you can exchange your stem or handlebar for free. Maybe have to pay postage to send your old one back etc. Differs maybe for brand to brand.

Yeah. Snow riding is so much fun. I put studded tire in the front and normal gravel tire in the back. Feels like i'm the drift king :D The front studs help make steering easy but the back gives a little sideways action to have some fun without being overly dangerous.
