I would recommend anyone looking for these to continue checking with Niketown NYC. I've seen it happen in the past; they sold out on last yrs limited edition "claim the night" vapors and had a restock shortly after.

I can't comment on the legitimacy of these shoes, but some sneakers def come pre yellowed. I've purchased a few V's on release day where the soles were pre-yellowed. Shoes are produced months before the release date. You never know how they're stored in between the time of the production date...

From these pics, they look good. Soles have yellowed exactly in the areas they should have if DS; assuming they're DS because those soles look pretty good. The areas around the pods look to be yellowed the most, while the other parts of the shoe is a light yellow. Very similar to my DS CG XI's...
