I have been a Niketalker for almost 10 years, dating back to 07/08.
I purchased “The Way I Am” 2s in size 11.5 on December 18th, 2008.
I am now selling these shoes for $4k because my wife and I are expecting our first child.
I am the original owner; these shoes have never been worn, come...
Why are you hating on doing 10 lbs for 50 reps? With proper form and timing, that could be a very difficult set to complete. Is it the most efficient way of working the muscle group? Debateable. But there is no reason to flame the dude or call him a P****
Cool, thanks for the clarity. I'll try it again at some point with the reps broken up. I am a pretty firm believer that breaking up the reps would help achieve a faster time regardless of how well conditioned you are, as it provides a fatigued muscle group time to rest while you work another...
Not sure you answered my question.
Clearly breaking them up would enable you to achieve the total 600 reps in a faster amount of time than if you just did 100 pullups in a row then 200 pushups in a row then 300 squats in a row, as each muscle group (back, chest, legs) wouldn't come nearly as...
Are you allowed to split up the reps in Murph? I didn't split them up, just did 100 pullups, then 200 pushups, and then 300 squats. I feel like I could have achieved a better time if I was able to break the pullups / pushups / squats into sets, say 10 sets of 10 pullups, 20 pushups, and 30...
Hit the Xfit workout "Cindy" yesterday AM.
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
As many rounds a possible for 20 mins. Hit 30 rounds. Think that is a pretty good score however I've only completed a handful of crossfit workouts before. It was definitely tough though and would recommend it to those...
I found a cool Xfit workout online on Sunday morning, it was called Cindy XXX. Decided to give it a try even though I wasn't feeling great from the extensive partying I did on Sat for Pattys. Workout is as follows:
10 pullups
20 pushups
30 air squats
15 pulls
30 push
45 squats
20 pulls
40 push...
Being a foodie has nothing to do with pigging out or being fat. It has to do with enjoying tasting new meals / exploring new dining establishments, all of which can easily be done in moderation. Man, NT you are some uncultured folks.
I regularly hit BB Lifts / do crossfit workouts / attend yoga and pilates classes / run. Variety is the spice of life gentleman. No need to hate on anyone who is trying to see dem gainz.
Hardest part about dieting is if you live in a city and / or have a GF/Fiance/Wife.
I'm engaged right now, live smack dab in the middle of a big city. My girl enjoys going out to dinner / a few drinks / etc and I do too. It's tough to have that city lifestyle and still be true to the "diet".
