What you're describing just sounds like laziness and not ADHD. You don't have ADHD. Putting yourself on amphetamines won't make it better in the long run.
To add to this...you're helping people who don't even deserve it from an academic standpoint. I can understand if we're giving out free education to folks who have a 3.3-3.4+++ gpa....but a 2.5 gpa?!?! We're essentially paying for them to fail their college classes which is inevitable.
If you want a free college education you better stand out from the rest of the pack. That's why there are scholarships. What is it about a student with a 2.5 gpa makes them deserving of a free college education? They didn't care enough to do well in high school. Yet we're going to invest money...
There is zero benefit to giving an underperforming kid with a 2.5 gpa a free ride to college. Not everyone is born equal. Some people are stupid, some aren't. A kid who gets a 2.5 gpa is stupid. Those kids will be the same ones demanding that the government set them up with a job next.
Or this guy could just not criminally trespass at the mall and resist. But then you'll have people blame the cops for people going around committing crimes too.
You should watch all of them. Star Wars/Star Trek is different in that Star Wars has been trying to tell a complete story. Star Trek has had different characters/ships/timelines, etc.
For those who believe what Shanesha Taylor posted...think of it this way. The prosecutors didn't rescind the deal just based on one guy's word. They probably did their research and found out that she didn't do what was required of her. Shanesha's entire defense team didn't just decide to quit...
