They didn't explicitly mention 11.5, but the rep gave me a range of sizes. I forget the exact top end, but it was definitely greater than 12, so probably includes 11.5.

Just got the Barney's call as well. They were sold out of 11 and 12. I was able to secure a 10.5. Still offering toddler sizes.
