You’re not alone. My playoffs are the least comfortable of the recent bunch and 2012s were the least comfortable of that bunch. Sucks cuz they are my favorite colorway but I wear them the least.

I like the Uncle Als. But something about referencing another shoe with the model and yet another shoe with each colorway rubs me wrong. Nike just won’t do anything new.

My app now tells me I had EA for the 404s but the day they dropped I only had EA for the socks. Not that I would have copped anyway, but this app is a mess. It ran better at launch than it ever has since. I long for the iPhone privilege days.

I really don’t get what’s going on over there. They got the shape so much better on the COTM and they’ve gone in reverse on the retro mold pairs since. It’s like Nike maintains 6 different molds. Just doesn’t seem like smart business.

They wouldn’t be a restock, but could be a new production run with the same specs. Nike been doing that a lot lately.

Now that I know about these factory designations I’m gonna go back through all the 2016-now black box pairs and see where they went wrong.

Kith shape was buns too but at least the toes weren’t concave. Any pair but an 01 gonna have its flaws. Maybe one day I’ll bite the bullet.

I probably never would have noticed this but you’re right and now I can’t unsee it. It’s made worse be the fact that the heel overlay is sloped differently revealing slightly more of the swoosh.

I think what’s happened is brands started making releases ‘unisex’. So now their ‘mens’ production run includes what used to be the women’s run (up to mens 10.5) and their associated production numbers. Thing is… women still don’t buy sneakers in the numbers the brands hoped they would. So maybe...
