UA is doing some things in MMA. I think they signed Georges St. Pierre, the UFC WW champ. They are also doing MMA stuff overseas. They also sponsor Shinya Aoki, a lightweight champ in Japan.

Nike also sponsored Yoshihiro Akiyama. Hes appeared in a few Nike Pro print ads in Japan, and he also appeared in the Nike Breath commercial a few years back. As someone said earlier, they also work with Caol Uno. So Nike has done a decent amount overseas with MMA.

I like Eric Avar and Aaron Cooper. When I started getting into shoe design, those 2 were the ones that I tried to style myself after. Jason Petrie is also def up there as his early early work on NT inspired me to get into shoe design.

its not full carbon.  the plate is shaped like the xi's.  what youre seeing in the forefoot, is actually a digital camo graphic print.  obviously its hard to tell

Pretty cool. Although i think the zig zag stitching on the bootie should be finer, as in more zig zags. Also the grooves on the foamposite is a just a tadmessy and random. The spacing should be more even and gradual like the thumbnail sketch in blue. All in all, cool collab and well done.

Id say start reworking the exo and the TW shoe. Those seem to be the most interesing ones to me.
