you don't have to bleed brakes unless u replace calipers or crack a line allowing air to get in the system.
the brake flush might be a good idea with the age of the car.
if your rear brakes are worn, then replace them as well.
sometimes its worth it to pay a shop to do the work for you and the price u paid seems fair. i work in automotive and know a few guys who do work on the side and they don't buy parts or recommend which brand. if you want a job done you find your part and bring it to them so if anything goes...
