HAS ANYONE HAD SUCCESS WITH GETTING THE ETF FEE WAIVED?  IF SO WHAT WAS YOUR METHOD OF DOING SO....REALLY FED UP WITH THE SERVICE AND LOOKING TO SWITCH UP TO VERIZON OR MAYBE ONE OF THOSE PRE-PAID SERVICES....IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ITS APPRECIATED

any one know how to remove this virus....its basically popping up scanning...and trying to get me to enter my personal information..any help would be appreciated thanks!
