How do you store your sneakers?

The silica gel packs absorb moisture from the air, which is why loads of shoes (and other boxed clothing) often come with a packet or two per box. You don't want to use more than a couple of packets because too much of the moisture in the air would be absorbed, causing leather and paint to dry...

Official Air Jordan XI Concord Release thread 12/23/11 NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING!

Been obvious for a long time, but I don't know the exact setup...Eastbay and Footlocker run off the same warehouse or supply? Same interface, always identical stock. Why bother having the different websites? Name recognition? Both finally updated, completely out of adult sizes. Don't know if...

Official Air Jordan XI Concord Release thread 12/23/11 NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING!

Still trying for 14, 13.5, or 13. Has anyone gotten a pair from the Eastbay, Finish Line, or Foot Locker websites at all? Is there stock just sitting there unsold because the demand is crashing the servers, or are a few people getting all the way through the checkout process? Phones instead?

I got to the first Eastbay checkout page, but can't get any further. Anyone had luck with Eastbay at all? Is anyone getting them there?

2011 Air Jordan III (3) Blk/Cement-Grey: Aftermath Thread

So 2011 will be the year of the IIIs? It was XIIs last year. Anyway, favorite of the early Js. Didn't care much for the CDPs as many have already expressed. These should be done right.

*AJXI "CONCORD" CONFIRMED FOR XMAS 2011*

This will be nice, but I've never thought they were quite as stylish as the Space Jams or Black/Red colorway. Having said that, it's no complaint. Falling third or fourth to the other XIs is no slouch; still one of the best shoes they've made. Jordan putting out real colors is always welcome...

I was about to ask the same thing. Had a size 14 in the cart, and before I could finish checking out, I got a notice saying they were gone. Went back and got a 15 while I could, but the order status still says "In Progress" 12 hours later.

So the Playoff XII's are dropping an they have nubuck?

The nubuck idea is such a waste of one of the most iconic Jordans. First the black/columbia monstrosity, then the flu game embarrassment. How far will they go?

Game 2 NBA finals - RaY Allen shoes

Other than because it's one of the most popular, well known shoes ever, and THE patent leather shoe? I dunno.
