I think it does Jeff.  I don't believe they bill you until the shoes are available for shipping.  At least I recall seeing when I ordered my pairs it said FNL would not bill your CC until shoes were available.  

Interesting...the white/black 2010's are up on Finishline's site and no longer say anything about "pre-order".  After selecting the black/whites, the sport reds and the yellows show up along with the black/whites , but those two still say "pre-order". 

FWIW... Finishline called today to verify shipping address on the three pair of 2010's I ordered.  She checked their system and could not find the specific date of availability but she said she knew it was in May.

ok, now they have the page back up similar to how it was when I first posted, but when you scroll over the Air Max 2010 picture at the top of the page they changed it to now say "Nike Air Max 2010 - LTD Edition coming in May" instead of "Air Max 2010 - releasing 5/1" as it said earlier today...

nike.com says the 2010's are releasing 5/1.  I guess I missed that...thought it was to be later in the year.
